For disputes involving amounts below ₩5,000,000 KRW, the parties may agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nightlamp regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
